The School Level Fee Committee also approved the following:

• There will be only one head of fee i.e, School Fee and no other head.
• The 'school Fee' is the tuition fee which is charged for course of study that may be in a mode as appropriate on time and circumstances. A certificate for payment of 'Tuition Fee' will be provided to parents for the amount paid towards 'School Fee'.
• After school hours and out sourced activity of any nature will be separately chargeable.
• Fee for the entire academic year is chargeable irrespective of date of admission or leaving the school.
• A student will be considered as continuing in next session only on the payment of 1^st installment of the fee by 15^th April of the academic session.
• Fee shall be payable in 4 installments by 15^th of April, 15^th July, 15^th october and 15^th January of the academic session and monthly payment may be permitted on a request by the parent in writing.
• A late payment charge @ Rs.50/- per day (including Sunday/Holiday/Vacation) will be levied on payment of fee after dates mention herein.
• Non-payment of installment by the last day of the month (April, July, October and January) will make the student entail for de-enrolment from the rolls of the school without any further notice.
• ln case if a cheque is bounced, the parent will be liable to pay Rs 200/-
• The fee is considered as deposited on the date when the fee is credited in our account.
